As a registered nurse, I am confronted with illness and injury daily, it seems that the focus of Medicine is treatment of illness, and NOT the prevention of it. My greatest desire is to lead people to health. I started HealthyGround with the intention of educating people about healthy lifestyle alternatives. More than two decades working in healthcare has fueled my passion regarding healthy eating and supplementation, especially in the light of the mounting body of evidence linking diet to so many chronic disease processes. What we put into our bodies is so important.
So why coffee? While I am passionate about healthy eating, I am also realistic. Coffee is the most consumed beverage in the world next to water. Sometimes a healthier alternative is the best you can hope for with your loved ones.

Why Supplement?: Most people don't have time to do all the healthy things. They are stressed out, don't sleep well, breath polluted air, and cannot eat fresh organic foods or drink pure water.
